The second Archaeology Reporting Workshop for Journalists took place on Saturday, May 4th 2019 in Antalya.

Koç University Suna & İnan Kıraç Mediterranean Civilizations Research Center (AKMED) hosted the workshop attended by many journalists working for local and national media outlets in Antalya.

In the workshop, we focused on the correct approach and writing style in the archaeological news coverage, and in the second part, Oğuz Tekin, the director of AKMED took us on a tour of the exhibition "The Charm of the Market: Shopping in the Mediterranean World Throughout History".

Archaeology Reporting Workshop for Journalists came to a close after Prof.Dr. Gül Işın's presentation titled "Sustainable Archeology".
